“Can you access the DVD's menu at any point via the remote? For example, if I wanted to add captioning after the DVD has started, can I push a menu button, make the change, and resume where left off? I just bought a Panasonic 4K that WON'T do that.”

• The Sony 4K BDP has subtitle and audio preset buttons on the remote that work even when the movie is playing and will not interrupt if used.

• Yes, the disc menus can be accessed during play. There is also a “captions” button that works sometimes.
