“I have the x800 older version. It plays standards dvds but will not play 4k or even the blurays. Haven't owned it very long. Maybe two years. Could it be time to buy a new one?”

• My X800 did the same after a upgrade. Had to power off(unplugged) for few minutes and reconnected and it was fine. A simple restart did not work for some reason. I was about to return it as it was still under geek squad protection.
