The output is not amplified. Your speakers would have to be self-powered and amplified. I would recommend feeding the output to a receiver or at least a preamp before hitting speakers. If going through USB, your speakers need to be compatible with the computer of choice. I would recommend amplified speakers here, too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you are connecting speakers directly to the turntable they will need to be active speakers as it does not have a built in amplifier. As the sound level can be switched to a line output as well as a phono output you can use any speaker set that is connected via a headphone jack or left/right RCA jacks.
