• Absolutely. The Sony PS-LX300USB turntable operating instructions indicate on page 8 that, “When playback is finished, the tone arm returns to the arm stand automatically, then the platter stops rotating.” Good Luck.

• You can click start and the arm will move to the correct record, but yo have to set it to LP record or 45 record so that the arm can move to the correct place. After the record finishes playing the arm will turn back to it's resting place.

• Yes - it's fully automatic so it will both place the stylus at the beginning of the record and also lift off at the end.
