Hi Glow, Yes, you can connect another speaker to the unit. However, the speakers must be compatible with the wireless/wired party chain function. The MHC-V71 is compatible with the following models: XB60, XB90, XB72, XB21, XB22, XB31, XB32, XB41, XB12, MHC-V90, MHC, V77, MHC-V71, and the MHC-V21.
