Probably reviews from people that don't read the Users Manual. I have the NW-A45B, to me, it is an amazing MP3 Player. I've had several others over the years that don't come near the quality of this Sony. You can customize the sound to your liking and change it whenever you want even while a song is playing. Also use Bose ear buds, that helps quite a bit. The battery life between charges is impressive, also has adjustments for power usage. I put a 256GB Micro SD card in mine and have over 200GB of music and audio books on it. File transfer is a breeze in MS File Explorer, the Sony Music Center App is adequate at best, I prefer not to use it. Hope this helps, I highly recommend a Sony Walkman MP3 Player to anyone who loves to listen to music or books whenever and wherever they want.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No Sony uses there own charging cable. So you wont be able to use the charger that comes with your phone. Obviously one is included with the MP3 player that can be plugged in the wall. Theres no streaming as in no apps like Pandora or Spotify. The Audio Qaulity is great. But you do have to get a good pair of earbuds or headphones. Not a cheap pair of earbuds you'd pickup for $10.
