“I am new to these devices ---so I need some help. Question # 1---Can I use I tunes----Or is this a drop and drag from my saved music on the computer ? Question #2---If I can't use I Tunes---then where do I get new purchases for music ? Thank you”

Hi Marilyn, you may download our Media Go or Content Transfer (MAC) software which supports iTunes. Alternatively, you may drag and drop files to this Walkman using your computer's file explorer. To answer your questions, we recommend that you use iTunes to manage your files and purchase music then transfer them to this Walkman with the use of Media Go or Content Transfer. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.download media go and put your music in that then you can add it to the sony device. I personally think media go is a much better program than I tunes. I get music from the amazon program and download it straight to media go.
