“HI! I am trying to pair these headphones to my iPhone; the problem is there is no such device shown on my iPhone Bluetooth devices list. I turned on and off headphone many times, still not working. any body has the same problems? how to solve it???”

There are instructions online and I followed them. I did it this way... Open Bluetooth interface on your phone for pairing and have it search. Make sure earbuds are charged. Insert earbuds into charging case. Take only the left one out...leave right one in the case. Hold button on the left earbud for 7 seconds until it flashes red and blue. The device should then appear on your list of detected devices. Then connect.
