I am not a truck driver myself, but I will say that in cars and busses you can still hear some of the noise. It bleeds out more in vehicles due to motion, so I wouldn't suggest getting these for those louder vehicles. Most likely a better choice would be some ANC headphones like the Sony WH-1000XM4's or something of similar quality and make.

They don't fit in my ear very well and they aren't that loud. The noise cancelation helps, barely. I wouldn't recommend these for truck drivers or people that work in a noisy environment.

A tighter seal may also be achieved by lightly pulling up on the top of the ear and twisting the headset as you place it in your ear. To achieve maximum stability and better noise canceling experience., you may select the size of arc supporter that fits comfortably and snugly inside your ear grooves. If you use the noise canceling function of the headphones, you can enjoy music without being disturbed by ambient noise. The noise canceling function works primarily on noise in the low frequency band such as vehicles and air conditioning. Although noise is reduced, it is not completely canceled. Hope this helps. - Kris
