A:Answer My purchase and use is for exclusive use with my Sony 55 Bravia A9F. I found that the earbuds paired quickly with the Bravia. I find with these Sony earbuds and my earlier use of earbuds and/or headphones that I have to crank up the volume setting quite high to get what I feel is a normal volume. It is possible there is some setting on the TV that I am recognizing to assist that but so far, I have not located such a setting.
I felt that surround sound was superior to my earlier earbuds and the synching of the sound worked smoothly with the actual conversations on the TV and/or from my Blu-ray disc.
It is still early on with my use of these earbuds but given that these were less expensive than the higher-end Sony earbuds, I thought it an affordable entry point. May eventually bite the bullet and get the higher-end earbuds/headphones but for now I am content.
Wish that Sony would provide a better list of compatibility of the available earbuds/headphones with the Sony models of TVs, Blu-ray/DVD players, etc. It would make it so much easier as to determine whether to purchase this set of earbuds/headphones or to opt for something that is identified as truly compatible.
If you are still waiting to make your purchase, I recommend you make the leap. Worst case, you return the earbuds if they fail to pair or have other issues.
