• I was only able to fast forward to the next track or answer a call via the one button. They do not appear to have a volume control.

• This one has volume control. Left side one press Volume up hold down volume down. Right side press two times next song, three times preview song.

• They have built in volume control. Push left side button once for increase and hold down same button to decrease. My phone (Galaxy S10) also will control volume.
