“When in a call , are the sound comming from the 2 air buds or only one ?”

• You can answer calls with one or both earbuds in. And the noise cancellation works even if you’re only using one earbud so you can get a clearer sound from the caller.

• Hi Roby, thanks for your inquiry. Yes. You can use one earbud when receiving/answering calls. The WF-1000XM4 support the use of one unit by itself. In this case, only the unit that has been removed from the charging case will turn on and use for a phone call. I hope this helps. Erin
