“Hi, Does anyone know if they will be updating the firmware? Their is a problem with the headphones when you enable noise cancelling, High Quality Audio and DSEE Extreme the audio is very low. I have to disable DSEE Extreme when using noise cancelling.”

Yes there has been an update to the firmware.
