I believe with Noise canceling and adjustments to the EQ these headphones will absolutely make you want to use no other headphones you have... higher settings in the EQ doesnt mean it makes it louder also try a volume booster app or see how to bypass volume setting for your phone. mine by default only goes to 75% however the sound quality is outstanding. best of luck.
