• Best Buy has a return/exchange policy with a certain amount of time. If you fall within those guidelines, I don't see why not. Although, brick and mortar stores do not typically offer "upgrade" options to newer models that come out, so to explicitly answer your question -- most likely not.

• You’ll have to buy the new ones when the come out just like with these but if you waited until the Xm4 came out, you could get these for cheaper
