No, these will not work on Xbox One wirelessly. Xbox headsets need to use the special Xbox wireless connection, and they do not use standard bluetooth. They do come with a 3.5mm cable to use on devices without bluetooth, so you could connect them to a controller through the headphone jack. I don't know that the mic would work, so you might need to get a 3.5mm cable with inline mic to connect them. Overall it's not really what these are designed for though.
