I am wearing hearing aid on my right ear and yes it fits well on my hear comfortably. I can also add that it depends on what type of hearing aid you are wearing, mine is made by Re-sound. Sometimes at the beginning there will be a feedback and I have to adjust the headphone on my ear and it will go away.

The vertical and horizontal dimensions would be more useful. Generally 4" x 4" is enough for behind the ear hearing aids.
