This product does support a variety of external Bluetooth transmission devices for TV’s, PC’s etc. Read further down on the BestBuy writeup for the Sony - WH-1000XM3 Headset and you will see a BestBuy add on purchase of the

If the BT adapter is functional, I would expect it to work. 
However, you cannot the headphones to your PC via an included cable, if your PC has a 3.5mm mic input.

Hi, Bugsy!

You can use the headphones to a computer that is not Bluetooth ready. It comes with a headphone cord that we can plug to a 3.5 mm headphone port if your computer has it. USB Bluetooth adapter is not recommended since we cannot guarantee that the operation will work flawlessly.
