Yes, and no yes in the sense you have a Sony TV paired to these headphones, (then have a ps camera attached to your PS4 if you want to party chat ) then you could.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No you can't chat with players online with just the headset. You have to buy a 3.5mm wire with a mic built in and plug that into your controller. Jack Septiceye uses these headphones with a line-in wire to stream with so it can be done. Apparently, V Moda has the best one for around $30. Otherwise, you have to buy the PlayStation branded headphones which don't have NC and go for $60-$200 depending on if you get Silver, Gold, or Platinum. I have used both and these are still way better given they have more uses, battery life, work with Bluetooth, and the PS headphones (only 7.1 audio) will be outclassed when Dolby Atmos is updated to PlayStation like it is on Xbox.
