Im having a issue using my headphones as a Gaming headset. When i plug it through bluetooth it works fine on my desktop, but when i join a public matchmaking game that has voice chat, the sound from the game stops and i can only hear voices from the chat. null

I don’t know how to fix your issue, but I advise you not to use these headphones as gaming headphones. The latency is too high though Bluetooth. If you wanna game with these, I recommend using them wired

Hi Dennis,

Try adjusting some settings under sound settings of your computer. If it doesn't work, reset the headphones to factory default settings and try again.
