• Headphones only have a 3.5 mm port and a usb c port . So you could use these headphones to listen to anything with any 3.5mm port.

• I don't know if you can run Rosetta Stone Language classes on a PC but if you can yes. You can use the microphone and listen to audio with them. Just connect them via Bluetooth.
