Make sure they are not connected to any other device while trying to pair with a new device. Make sure you TV is in pairing mode and then turn on your headphones buy pressing and holding the power button for at least 7 seconds. The headphones should say, power on, then say, blue tooth connecting mode. release power button after it says that. Good luck.
