Yes. Make sure you follow the guide lines that are in the instruction that came with the headphones. Make sure they are not connected to any other device while trying to pair with a new device. Make sure you TV is in pairing mode and then turn on your headphones buy pressing and holding the power button for at least 7 seconds. The headphones should say, power on, then say, blue tooth connecting mode. release power button after it says that. Good luck.
