A powered USB port is required to charge these headphones. A USB C cable is included. The reason your TV didn't charge the headphones is possibly because the USB port on some TV's are not powered, or not powered sufficiently to charge a device. I would try another USB port on your TV, if it has one. If not, in my experience virtually any powered USB port will charge these headphones.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You do need to provide your own charging brick, but it does come with an extremely short cable (8 inches). It uses a type-c to USB charging if you want to purchase a longer cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've not had this issue. I used an Anker USBC cord with an Apple power brick and didn't run into this issue. If you're having charging issues, try resetting the device : Turn off the headset while the USB Type-C cable is disconnected. Press and hold the power button and the NC/AMBIENT button at the same time for 7 seconds or more. You know it'll be reset when the blue light flashes. I had issues with connection and that seemed to fix it.
