- Answer I experiance that the head set easily connected with my Samsung TV. But the sound is staccato like broken in blits of sound, silence, sound, silence and that is quite annoying. Works fine with my Apple pbone though.

- Answer The Sony App has a, EQ function which allows you to select several EQ presets or to create your own EQ setting. The various setting sound different and affect perceived loudness.

- Answer I have found the call quality to be excellent. There is nothing these headphones don't do well. The people I have spoken too can't even tell that I am on a Bluetooth call.

QuestionI've read that an USB ac adapter is required to charge the Sonywh1000xm3 and it isn't included with headphones....Is this true? Had my Sony's charging all night and it didn't charge using a regular USB port on my TV....

- Answer A powered USB port is required to charge these headphones. A USB C cable is included. The reason your TV didn't charge the headphones is possibly because the USB port on some TV's are not powered, or not powered sufficiently to charge a device. I would try another USB port on your TV, if it has one. If not, in my experience virtually any powered USB port will charge these headphones.

- Answer These are much better and worth the extra $50 or however much the difference is at the time of reading this. The sound quality is better, the ANC is 4 times better, and they are much more comfortable. Plus, they charge with USB-C and have quick charging that gives you 5 hours of playback for just 10 minutes of charging.

QuestionSome people have complained because of loud beeps and the voice guidance being too loud. Has anyone here had trouble with either of those? I am seriously considering buying these, but problems like that make me worry.

- Answer Yes, beeps and the voice assistant, which announce power on/off, noise cancellation on/off, etc. can not be turned off and their volume, which is far too loud, can not be adjusted either. Even when you know they're coming because you pressed a button, these prompts are very disturbing and borderline painful, they are so loud.

QuestionWhat are the dimensions on the inside of the-cups? I want to know to see if they fit without even trying them on.

- Answer I don't know how helpful this will be...since the inner cups have an oval shape. At the longest point (top-to-bottom) it's 2.5". The width (in the middle, at the widest) is 1.5". Keep in mind that your ear actually kind of "snuggles" inside the cup and has a bit more room than the physical cup pad dimensions. For a point of reference, the Bose QC35 v2 measures 2.25" by 1.5".

- Answer In the case, there is a 3.5mm male-to-male cable which should allow you to connect to most airplane jacks. If however you are in a plane that requires a dual 3.5mm plug, an adapter is also included in the case.

QuestionHow many watts does the adapter need to be to allow for quick charging?

- Answer Hi, this is from the official reference guide: "Power source: DC 5 V: When charged using USB." "USB AC adaptor: A commercially available USB AC adaptor capable of supplying an output current of 1.5 A or more." You need a charger that can output 5V with at least 1.5A. 5V * 1.5A = 7.5W. So the answer is: at least 7.5 W. I think any PD (Power Delivery) charger with 5V/3A works. Note: 5V/3A on a charger means: 5V with "at most 3A". The current will be decided automatically by themselves. (The voltage 5V is fixed though.) If you have a Thunderbolt 3 port on your computer, it will work as well. (Thunderbolt 3 supports 5V/3A output.) You will need a USB-C to USB-C charging cable. Other voltage level like 9V, 12V, 15V, 20V will not be activated. Don't worry.

- Answer Not completely. It will dampen the sound but not completely cancel it. That is just not how the technology works with noise canceling. Noise cancelling works with constant sounds like jet engines, other music, a humming washer, etc. The microphones on the outside of the headphones will recreate the sound coming in and project it outward to cancel the sound coming in. This is easier done with constant wavelength sound vs. small loud bursts of sounds like dog barking.

QuestionCan I have multiple devices connected at the same time for example an Ipod and my phone? If not are they going to have an update to allow me to have multiple devices connected simultaneously. Its a good feature for me and 350 should give that.

- Answer You can save multiple paired devices (aka, disconnect one and they instantly re-pair to the next device) but you cannot connect to two audio sources simultaneously (hearing both devices audio at once). These re-pair almost instantly compared to the old versions, which took upwards of 10 or 15 seconds. If you care about having two audio sources at once, you will have to go with something like the Bose QC35's, however the audio is much flatter on those compared to the XM2's or XM3's (I've owned them all).
