QuestionDoes the WH-1000XM4 support the iPhone11? Please note that in the picture take of the documentation that iPhone11 is not listed. I myself can't get the app to work correctly with my iPhone11. My WH-1000XM4 works fine with my iPad Air3.

QuestionIs the XM4 expected to perform well with Msft Teams & Skype? I've tried using XM4 to make calls on my (Windows 10) PC via Teams & Skype, but the voice quality is muffled. Anyone know if XM4 call quality is worse on Teams vs. using iPhone for example?

- Answer The voice quality is somewhat improved vs the XM3, but in general I wouldn't recommend these for Teams & Skype calls. Yous till get somewhat hollow voice quality, but again improved vs. the XM3. Music and other forms of entertainment sound superb. For Teams calls though, you're better off with specialized headsets like the Jabra Evolve.

QuestionI have suffered a sonore trauma. I can not stand the noise outside because it hurts my ears. Do these head phones protect ears from the sounds outside?

- Answer No noise cancelling headphones can fully eliminate outside noise. They can certainly help mitigate loud or - especially - consistent and droning noises (like an airplane engine which is what the first NC headphones were designed to block out) but they're not designed (nor is it safe) to block out all sound. The best you could do is give them a try and see if they help. Cough up the extra dough for Best Buy protection and return them if you don't like them.

QuestionIs there a fix for the audio quality on pc when connected with Bluetooth? The headphones have no problems with an audio cord, but connected on bluetooth stutter alot.

QuestionHi,i have the sony1000xm4 headphones and i bought the V-MODA BoomPro microphone to connect to my iphone 12 to make calls but each time i connect the mic to the headphones they disconnect from my bluetooth on my iphone.how can i fix this?

QuestionWhen the internal battery in the headphones finally dies, can I get it replaced. We all know that internal batteries eventually die and I hate to have to throw out a pair of expensive headphones just because of a non-replaceable battery.

- Answer Well done, that's exactly why I don't like buying the buds. To date I believe they're not replaceable and over the couple of years we use them they eventually just die on us. Can you imagine how many earbuds are floating around in the ocean?! But I did break down and I have a pair now if you're talking about over the ears, I have quite comfort 35 originals which are still going very very strong! I can't tell they've aged, must be the Botox injections I give them...

QuestionHow do these headphones hold up in a dusty environment? I would like to use them to cancel to noise of woodworking equipment (table saws, planers, jointers etc.) but need to know if they will be harmed in a less than clean environment.

- Answer I understand we can buy new parts to our headsets so I would look to see which parts are replaceable because if you're going to work in a Dusty environment you are definitely going to want to replace those earmuffs at some point and yes the dust will get into those small crevices and holes and not make you happy over time however I just want to make sure you're not trying to use these to protect your ears you're just trying to use them to enjoy some light work in the garage. Otherwise you definitely need to bite on real ear plug. Protection. Can you imagine turning the sound up on your headset to overcome the whizzing sounds of the electric saws? Please don't do that to yourself. And here's one good reason, decreased hearing from sound trauma or any other reason, is associated with the development of Alzheimer's. Let's not go there.

QuestionSorry for my ignorance but I'm used to having true surround sound through my Sony receiver. Is the quality of the sound true surround sound? Will I be able to tell where the sound is coming from? I just use it for movies and video games.
