• Hi rivera1and2, Thanks for your interest in the WH1000XM4 headphones. It will depend if the TV and soundbar support Bluetooth headphones. These headphones will work with devices that support A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) Bluetooth profile. -Ralph
