“The noise canceling on my headphones is not working anymore, it was amazing at fist but after 6 months is not the same , I dont usually use them , maybe 3 times per week for no more than 2 hours.not sure what happened, I take care of them, what can I do?”

Maybe you should update them. And remember that all devices should be used frequently to avoid damage from even occasional use. Maybe they need an update. If it doesn't work, or you've already done so, Sony has a one-year warranty for the headphones, which appears on one of the papers in the Sony box.
