A:AnswerHi Partinel,
Thanks for your question! Yes, the Sony - WH1000XM4's noise cancelling feature does work when using a wired Aux Connection.
Just keep in mind that the headphones do need to be powered on for the Noise cancelling to function, even when connected by the cable.
Thanks for considering Sony!

A:AnswerHello Applerose,
Thank you for considering Sony products!
We appreciate your question and are here to assist you. The WH-1000XM4 headphones support the Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), enabling wireless audio streaming from compatible devices. To connect your WH-1000XM4 headphones to your TV wirelessly, ensure that your TV also supports the A2DP Bluetooth profile. You can verify this by checking your TV's specifications or user manual. If both devices are A2DP-compatible, you should be able to pair them directly for wireless audio playback. For TVs lacking A2DP support, consider using a third-party Bluetooth transmitter connected to your TV's audio output to enable wireless connectivity with your headphones.

A:AnswerHi Ray,
Thank you for your question! We are happy to confirm that the Sony WH-1000XM4 wireless headphones can be used with any smart TV that supports Bluetooth audio connectivity.
These headphones are designed to work across a wide range of devices, so their functionality is not limited to Sony TVs. As long as your television has a built-in Bluetooth feature that allows it to transmit audio to an external device, your WH-1000XM4 headphones will connect to it.
Thanks for considering Sony!

Dominick
A:AnswerTo my knowledge Apple only allows notification announcements on “compatible” devices, which unfortunately only includes Apple and Beats brand headphones.
A:AnswerNot sure how they compare to the ULT, but the M4 does travel well. The cups swivel so the phones can collapse and lay flat in their firm, oval-shaped case. Through a Sound Connect app, ambient noise can be blocked or reduced on a graduated scale.
A:AnswerHi Chip, thank you for your question! The Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones are designed to connect to devices wirelessly using Bluetooth. For high-quality audio streaming, they also require the A2DP Bluetooth profile, so if your television meets this requirements you will be able to use the headphones without a physical "out" jack.
We hope this answers your question, and thank you for considering Sony products!
Best regards,
Dominick
A:AnswerHi BT!
Thank you for reaching out with your question. We can certainly help you with that.
Yes, it is possible to wear our WH-1000XM4 headphones with hearing aids. The over-ear design of these headphones often works well for this purpose, as they cover the entire ear and can fit comfortably around most hearing aid styles.
However, your experience may vary depending on the specific type of hearing aid you have. The key to a good experience is ensuring the headphones' earcups don't put too much pressure on your hearing aids, as this can sometimes cause audio feedback.
We recommend trying on the headphones to see how they feel and sound with your specific hearing aids.
We sincerely hope this information is helpful to you.
Thanks for considering Sony products!

A:AnswerHello maddybumpo,
Thank you for reaching out to Sony!
We appreciate your question. While the Sony WH-1000XM4 is a solid option, we generally recommend the newer WH-1000XM6 and WH-1000XM5 models for superior comfort and advanced features.
WH-1000XM6: This model offers enhanced ergonomics with a more padded headband, deeper ear pads, and a firmer fit. This design is great for long listening sessions and glasses wearers, and its foldable hinges make it easy to transport.
WH-1000XM5: If you prioritize a "barely-there" feel, the XM5 is ideal. It boasts an ultra-lightweight design and softer padding for extended, pressure-free listening.
Both the XM5 and XM6 excel in noise cancellation and audio performance. The best choice for you depends on whether you value the XM6's plush comfort and advanced ergonomic design with portability, or the XM5's extreme lightness for extended wear.

A:Answeryeah, they will be much better in sound and also in comfort, Beats is a on the ear headphone and cushioning in that is not that amazing. And they literally have zero bass.
These on the other hand are actually Sony's flagship headphones and they are over the ear, which meand they don't sit on the ear. They do hurt a bit after like 4 hours of continuos use for me.
A:AnswerYes they should be compatible with your vehicle all you have to do is go on the Alexa app and pair your device with Nissan mylink and go to Bluetooth that's what I did with mine
