“I read one of the cons versus the previous model is that it does not fold up making it easier to transport. I travel a lot for work so it’s important that my tech is easy to carry around. Is the XM5 worth the upgrade or should go with the XM4?”

Yeah a lot of complaints under the ear-headband connection about breakage - I don't know what these people are doing with there headphones. I have not had any inkling of a problem. Of course I don't through them across the room or let my dog chew on them.
