The sound quality is great but if you lay down with them like on a bench they will fall off your head, they are also not water resistant and since they are over the ear headphones they make your head feel hotter. The sweat makes the plush ear cups slippery and the sweat and oil leave stains on the headphones. So I wouldn't recommend them for working out specifically.

If you are doing moderate workout like weight lifting and not running, it’s good. Just don’t run in it…it gets sweaty and annoying to clean every now and then
