Hi lexi, Thank you for reaching out to us and we do apologize for the inconvenience. May we know if you have successfully connected/paired this headphones to your iPhone with no issue? When pairing and connecting the headphones to Bluetooth devices, the indicator (blue) repeatedly flashes twice in a row and you will hear the voice guidance say, “Pairing”. Please make sure that the software is updated as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. May we contact you to help and get more information?
