• A:Answer No antenna comes with it. Bluetooth antenna is internal. It does come with an audio cable for direct audio connection if using in that manner. Also comes with charging cable via USB.

• A:Answer The headphones will only connect to your phone if you download Sony's app. The app allows you to modify the sound in your headphones, allowing you to actually use their full potential. So without the app their useless. The app will only connect to supported models, Sony will very quickly make headphone models incompatible with their app, making them useless. Do not purchase Sony headphones.

• A:Answer Dont know about Sony. New Samsung has an audio mode for both bluetooth and TV sound at same time. Volume controls separate.

• A:Answer I was able to connect my to my MacBook and my Phone without any problem — toggling between them. I don’t see why an iPad would give you any problems. It’s a standard Bluetooth connection.
