• Hi, Danthedog! If your TV supports Bluetooth connectivity for headphones, or if your TV has an input jack for headphones, then it should work. This unit doesn't come with a charger. However, you can use the supplied micro-USB cable and a USB AC adaptor(not supplied) to charge the headset. -Sam
