“I want to use these on planes to cancel the airliner noise and view in-flight movies. Will the 3.5mm or 1.2mm cables included connect with the typical airline provided in-flight video screen? If not, are there adaptors available?”

• The noise cancelling is perfect for canceling out static noise especially well so you wont hear the plane at all, and the headset comes with an airline adapter.
