Hi Cheri, Thanks for your inquiry. In general, unfortunately, no. You cannot use these headphones with a landline telephone. These headphones will work with phones that have Bluetooth features (A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HSP). If you're using a cordless landline phone, you'll be limited to using 2.5mm or 3.5mm wired headsets. Unless your cordless phone has Bluetooth built in, you should be able to use a Bluetooth headset. Please refer to the landline telephone manufacturer for compatibility. Regards, Jess
