There is a little blue light that blinks when it’s on right next to the power button.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In the box they came in? Otherwise, search the manufactures support page and you will be able to download them. As far as indicating if they are on or not, there are audio notifications when you are wearing them. They have sensors to tell if your wearing them or not, so when they are off your head they are "off".
