• A:Answer It should as long as you have RCA audio jacks! But I would recommend that you connect it to your cable or satellite receiver out audio so your television and the headphones will have separate volume controls! If you connect to the tv you can only have sound from one or the other switching the choices in your tv settings!

• A:Answer The headphones have a base charger which is the transmitter as well. It has a mini phono wire and plug which plugs into the TV’s headphone jack on the back where the HDMI cable etc is located. It is a very simple set up and the audio quality is very good.
