They connect to anything with Bluetooth capabilities. It should connect to your phone 100% not entirely sure about the Xbox though. I have a Bluetooth headset for my Xbox and the headphones might work the same as that.

You can use the aux cord for a wired connection, or Bluetooth for a wireless connection. I would also like to point out that Xbox doesn’t have Bluetooth features, however you can still connect using the headphone jack available in the package, which also includes a charger.
