“I’ve charged my headset for well over 2 hours, so it must have plenty of battery, but when I press the power button (I’ve tried for various number of seconds), nothing happens. I can’t get the blue light to come on at all. Any ideas?”

Let the headphones charge overnight. In the morning you should insert them into you ears and then hold the power button until you hear “power on”.
