Turn your Bluetooth off and then power down your iPhone. Turn your head phones completely off as well. Turn your iPhone back on and then turn the Bluetooth back on. Now power on your headphones and your iPhone should pick up on the new device. GOOD LUCK!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure they are not already synced with another device. I found that I had to disconnect them from my ipad to sync with my iphone. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try turning off the iphone and then refresh the BT. Also if you have lots of things you pair with BT, I have had the capacity to recognize seem to fill up. I just "forget" some of the other devices, tun the BT off and then on, and then the new device shows up. My daughter has these same headphones ( I gave them to her for a gift) and she has an iphone 8. No issues for her to pair.
