“Just got the headphones. They fit comfortably; however, the volume is VERY low. I have an iPhone 6 and the volume is turned up all the way. I've tried turning up the headphones and that doesn't work. Any way to increase the volume that i'm not doing?”

you can increase the volume of headphones by pressing the multi function button twice and then holding the button on second press. You will hear a beep indicating max volume has reached. Other thing that might be affecting your music experience is incorrect pair of earbud connectors. Try all the sizes and see which one fits the best. That can also make a big difference, atleast in my opinion.
