“Losing power? Similar to the first question asked here, my headphones work for about 10 mins, then the green light starts to flash,sound stops. Then green light goes off completely. If I disconnect and reconnect the power, green light comes on sound comes back but again only for a short time. rinse and repeat”

ARE THE HEADPHONES CHARGED UP, THAT IS WHEN THE SWITCH IS IN THE ON/OFF POSITION IN OFF?

Please try again later.The green POWER LED of the transmitter will blink for about 60 seconds, then turn off when there is no signal or if the volume of the signal is not loud enough for about 4 minutes. The green POWER LED of the headphones flashes, dims, or remains off if the headphones need charging. Charge the headphones if the power indicator turns off, dims, flashes, or the sound becomes distorted or noisy. If the headphones are fully charged and the audio is already loud enough and the issue persists, it would be best to contact Sony Support for other possible troubleshooting and service options at 1-239-245-6362.
