“Is the transmitter always showing a green light when plugged in and functioning properly? I was using new headphones that frequently cut out unless I was sitting in front of transmitter;they worked fine for a couple hours and green transmitter light was on; however, after that time period, no sound came from headphones and transmitter light was off. When reattaching headphones on transmitter the red Iight was on headphones but no green light on transmitter. It's been nearly a week now, and green light still isn't showing up on transmitter and headphones don't work. Does this set have a short or something? Unfortunately, I live 250 mi away and you have to return product in person.”

for the headphones to work the light have to be green on the transmitter, check the power cord make sure is not loose neither on the transmitter or the wall, also if you bought the item on best buy I'm sure you can return it on any best buy near you, you don't have go back to the same store where you bought it
