The light on the charging base never lights up. Why ? null

Maybe your head phones are fully charged.

The green light only comes on when the headphones are removed from the base.

Hi Kr, 1. Put the headphones on the transmitter correctly so that the CHG indicator lights up. 2. The transmitter’s contact pins and headphones’ contact points are dusty. Wipe them with a cotton bud, etc. 3. You cannot charge while the CHG indicator flashes. Charge in an environmental temperature of between 5°C and 35°C (between 41 °F and 95 °F). 4. Check that the AC adaptor is connected to the transmitter. Thanks, >Joffrey
