Hello friend, it sounds like your rechargeable batteries are faulty. I would try replacing those batteries and trying new ones. Your headphones should be working for more than 3-5 minutes. If you put new batteries into your headphones and your problem persist, it has to be the headphones themselves. I would get them replaced. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn the volume up pretty high on your tv and then control the volume with the headset volume control. I had this problem at first and this fixed it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Occasionally we all have a bad day. So does a company factory. It just happens. You clearly have a bad unit. Please call the company and explain nicely and I am sure they will help you swap out the odd set and get another one that really works. I love mine and they have never been a bother and work perfectly for me from the very beginning. Do not become discouraged, just give a call and swap headsets. You will be delighted you did! Hope this helps!
