You may be using a stereo plug in a mono socket or vice-versa. Or, one channel may simply be blown out. Try using your cable to connect standard (hard-wired) phones to your audio source (borrow phones from a friend if you don't have them yourself). If you still hear only one channel in the wired phones, then either your cable is bad or the audio source is missing one channel, but your wireless phones are probably ok. If you hear sound in both ears, then the cable is good and so is the audio source, and your wireless phones are probably defective.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If audio is being heard from the left side of the headphones only, make sure the device from which it is connected has stereo output capability. IMPORTANT: A mono device will only output sound to the left side.
