• Yes. My husband wears 2 hearing aids. Most times he just removes the hearing aids and uses the headphones when watching TV. Outside noises do not interfere with the headphones; i.e. furnace running in the RV.

• I do not see any reason why not. Could be a bit difficult if device is behind the ear. No idea about feedback. Could be possible you can use wothout aids. More than I know. Suggest trying it to see how it works..In any event the unit operates independent of the TV volume.

• My 83 year old father-in-law has severe hearing loss. We bought him the Sony headphones and he is thrilled with them.

• The sound is so wonderful you may not need hearing aid but the cup overs should not interfere with your hearing aid.
