• YES! This is me, the one who asked the question. I eventually purchased the item. Thanks to the people that send me answer BUT they are all wrong but one. Even the one from SONY. This headset is supplied with a dual voltage AC adapter, that means that it can be used in the USA (110V) and in countries where the distribution is on a 220V (most of Europe, Brazil etc) Of course you will need a plug adapter (no voltage transformer) but you can use the original AC adapter supplied because it is a 110V/220V.

• No. You would never plug this into a 220 volt outlet. It plugs into a standard 110/120V household circuit.

• NO! 120 only. Don't think anything like this would ever be 220. Did you mean 110/120v? If so, then yes, they would work on any standard outlet.
