I am not experiencing a "short" battery life with my particular unit. I charge overnight, arise about 6 am, watch the news until 9 then turn them off until about 5pm. From 5 - 10 they are used and function well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure that when charging them you confirm that the headphones make a “click” sound when you put them on the transmitter, when the charging is complete the CHG light will go off and it should take about 3.5 hours just to have a fully charged battery. if you already checked the previews information please follow the steps in the link below: https://us.en.kb.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/40773/c/65,66/p/40940,41870,70266/
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. All I can tell ya is my dad use's his all day. From around 8:00 in the morning till 12:30 at night. He's 87 years old and is terminally ill and in an assisted living center. He watches movies Blue Rays, News, Direct TV and all the like. Put's his in the charger when he goes to bed. Puts it on when he gets up and it starts all over. Says he's never heard sounds like that before. Better than a move theater on his 65 in TV. His is at the 9 volume all day. His hearing is that bad. Nerve deafness. Has been using it for 4 months no problems. He's put it on the charger a couple of times right after taking it off and the red light comes on but it still stays charged for the day. Think ya just got a bad one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We did not have this problem. Maybe a bad set.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have these and I have not had that issue. As long as I keep them on the charger when not in use, they have lasted me 8 hours or more. (I have fallen asleep with them on and they are still working when I awaken).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like the headphones developed a memory charge from recharging the item when not completely depleted. You may want to try to use the device until it shuts off and then recharge fully. This might eliminate the memory charge or it might be too late.
