• Mine came with everything needed, but I am connected directly to a JVC TV.

• We don't have a Sony TV or a PS3 but it works great on our tv. Very simple to use and connect.

• Yes and no. The connecting cable will connect it to your TV, Blu-ray DVD or cable box, but it is very short and unless you can set the rechargeable headphone tower close by on a shelf or otherwise you need an extension.
